Dr. Julia Rosenthal is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner based in DUMBO, Brooklyn. She founded Empower PT with a focus on empowering clients with the tools and knowledge to manage their symptoms.
