"Therapy is the bridge between your past and a more fulfilling future. I explore how your history and sense of self shape your intimate life, through active strategies, structured exercises, and guided conversation designed to reduce shame and promote exploration. My aim is to bring love and sex under one umbrella, so emotional and erotic connection reinforce one another."
